Here is your answer for the cheap subpar acuator that comes with your oem turbocharger. 
We have worked with the guys at Turbosmart to offer you an acuator that is going to hold the boost pressure all through the powerband. 
This acuator is a complete bolt on affair (bracket included) and is offered in both 7 PSI and 14 PSI spring rate.
 
Turbosmart Internal Wastegate Actuator provides better turbo response and greater sensitivity when managing boost pressures. We've taken the proven technology from our WG38, 40 and 45mm External Wastegates and applied it to the Internal Wastegate Actuator.
